Client Responsibilities

Successful delivery depends on timely collaboration.

• Provide accurate project requirements and brand assets
• Assign a decision-maker for feedback and approvals
• Respond to review requests within agreed timelines
• Ensure you have rights to content, trademarks, and media supplied to us

Fees and Payment

Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are specified in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause work until accounts are current. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a scoped engagement, clients receive usage rights to agreed final deliverables as defined in the project agreement. Rewathi Innovations retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal processes, and non-client-specific know-how.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a mutual NDA or written restriction applies.

Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse our website or systems.
